Surviving Against All Odds: A Cat's Perspective on Life in Cuba

I'm bringing awareness to the suffering and struggles my owner goes through daily just to keep me and herself alive. Here in Cuba we have very little electricity, no A/C, and hardly any food. We just recently went 28 hours straight without electricity. No vehicle for transportation and our home is falling apart, with no way to fix it. Yet, my owner somehow has kept us alive so far. We have to look for food daily, because there isn't enough constant flow of electricity to keep foods refrigerated. We never know with certainty where our next meal will come from. Or what it will have to be. Here we are all in the same desperate situation, and hope for a better future is all we have.
